Oversees policies, departments and procedures and activities related to the Company. Assures compliance with all Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, policies and applicable laws and ordinances. Reports to the Board of Directors. Job Requirements Education, training, experience: Graduation from an accredited four year college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Adm., Public Adm. or a related field. Prior lake management experience is a plus as is specialized education or training in this area. Must be organized and familiar with simple computer software such as Word, Excel, Office Outlook.
