Job description:
Serves as attendant for parties at the CAC to include serving food and drinks, party set-ups and take-downs, and customer service for party guests; enforces community activity center rules and regulations.

Examples of Duties:
1. Performs room and area set-ups for parties; performs post-party take-downs and cleaning.
2. Serves food and drinks to party guests; provides exceptional customer service.
3. Answers questions regarding the Community Activity Center and/or the Town of Flower Mound.
4. Attends mandatory training and in-service meetings.
5. Informs supervisor of all work-related activities.
6. Adheres to the personnel, safety, and divisional policies and procedures of the Town.
7. Assists co-workers and other divisions as needed.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements


Education, training, experience:
Must be at least 16 years old. High School Diploma or GED is preferred. American Red Cross CPR, First Aid and AED certifications are required within 30 days of hire date. Must have a valid Texas driver's license and driving record must be in compliance with Town policy or must have reliable transportation.

Supplemental Information:
Must have excellent leadership, organizational and communicative skills, both oral and written. To perform the essential functions of the job, must be able to perform strenuous physical activities to include running, kneeling, bending, twisting, dragging, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 25 lbs of various recreational and athletic equipment; to talk, see, hear, and read; to work in adverse environmental conditions; and to maintain an effective and pleasant working relationship with citizens, the general public, employees, and volunteers. Must be able to work various hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
