Job description:
Responsible for organizing and implementing Municipal Court administrative and clerical processes at the direction of the Director of Municipal Court, serving as liaison to Municipal Court Judiciary, Prosecutors and other internal departments and outside agencies. Implementing strategies for reaching goals set by management. Train Municipal Court support staff (Deputy Court Clerks) in the required daily processes integral to the operations of the Municipal Court. Must meet with the guiding supervisors on the implementation of workflow processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency; monitoring and tracking processes on an ongoing basis; report monitored finding to the Director of Municipal Court. Serving as primary customer point of contact, whether verbal or in writing, for questions and/or complaints by the public. Provides support and documentation in employee disciplinary actions. Initiate troubleshooting processes with department software applications and serving as liaison between the Municipal Court application end-users and MIS technical staff. Assist Municipal Court Management in accomplishing other tasks as assigned by the Director of Municipal Court.

Job Requirements


Education, training, experience:
Work requires six (6) months to one (1) year of education or training past high school or equivalency. Must have seven (7) years of directly related experience. A combination of education, training and experience may be considered. Must have a valid driver's license at time of application and time of hire.
