Job description:
Assist in the circulation of materials by checking in and out all library materials; Register new patrons; renew expired library cards and file records; Collect fines on overdue materials; Assist patrons in operation of photocopy machine, printers, computers, and self check out system; Provide efficient and courteous customer service to individuals contacted in the course of work; process or refer questions, complaints, and other duties as assigned.

Education, training, experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of responsible library clerical experience (some college training and/or two years experience in a public library position is preferred); or another combination or education and experience providing equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.

Must be able to work Tuesday - Saturday. 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
